Siderise scores in the Sunday Times Best Places to Work – for the third year in a row

Global passive fire and acoustic manufacturer, Siderise Group has been named as one of the Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026 in the medium business category, for the third consecutive year.

The accolade is one of the most widely recognised and rigorously judged employment awards in the UK and is seen as a benchmark for workplace standards and employee wellbeing. By being recognised for the third time, Siderise is demonstrating its proactive approach and continuous commitment to its employees and celebrates the positive workplace culture it has created.

The results are calculated by an employee survey conducted by WorkL and ranked through ‘the six steps to workplace engagement’: reward and recognition, information sharing, empowerment, wellbeing, instilling pride and job satisfaction. Siderise scored consistently high, achieving a minimum of 75% across all categories.

Additionally, 91% of employees reported a good relationship with their direct manager, 88% felt safe in their working environment, and 84% feel proud to work for the organisation. Diversity and inclusion was also ranked as ‘excellent’.

These high results placed Siderise above the average score for construction and building materials businesses, once again proving that Siderise goes beyond for its employees.
