Complii appoints Rick Anderson as Divisional Sales Director – Fire

Anderson will be responsible for leading the fire division’s sales strategy, with focus on national accounts and strategic expansion. With over 20 years of proven success driving multimillion-pound growth, he brings a wealth of experience in building high-performing teams and delivering strategic sales initiatives across FM, public, and private sector environments.

His professional trajectory is marked by a diverse background in military service and operational leadership. Originally from Lincoln, Anderson began his career at 16 in the Royal Corps of Signals, serving in locations including Kosovo, Iraq, and the Democratic Republic of Congo. These early experiences shaped his leadership style which is focused, resilient, and driven by a strong sense of responsibility.

Following his transition from the Armed Forces, he began as a Fire Extinguisher Service Technician before quickly moving into management roles. Most recently, as Commercial Sales Director, he held responsibility for Sales and Account Management, consistently outperforming growth targets over a nine-year period.
