Forza Doors secures fire door and washroom panels contracts for landmark 105 Victoria Street development

Forza Doors today announces it will supply all fire doors, washroom doors and panels as part of a £500,000 package at 105 Victoria Street, Westminster.

The central London scheme will be the UK’s largest fully electric, net-zero office development, delivered by contractor Skanska for developer BGO.

Located opposite Westminster City Hall, the 500,000 sq. ft mixed-use development will deliver 15 floors of premium office space, ground-floor retail and a two-storey basement.

When complete, the scheme is set to become the UK’s largest 100% electric net zero office in operation as well as build, targeting BREEAM ‘Outstanding’, EPC A, and WELL Platinum.

It features an urban farm with community allotments and multi-purpose arena made available to local schools for sports games and events.

As the UK’s largest manufacturer of bespoke timber fire doors and joinery, Forza Doors brings decades of expertise to 105 Victoria Street. By combining beautiful design, technical safety and sustainability performance, all doors for the building will be manufactured in the company’s West Sussex facility using FSC®-certified timber.
