Specially designed and built for professional firefighters, the Elkhart Brass XD EN nozzle series offers an industry first, lifetime warranty. The range contains seven types of PN16- and PN40-rated nozzles, that can be applied to all firefighting environments and situations.
Built for extreme duty, each nozzle features a durable Teflon-coated forged aluminium body, and a bale handle that is constructed of forged aluminium. A full round metal ball delivers ultimate stream performance as standard, and the laser-etched indicators provide long-lasting, clear direction of use. Each nozzle features unbreakable fixed moulded urethane or spinning stainless-steel metal teeth, with an optional ergonomic Pistol Grip.
BreakApart XD PN16 EN nozzle is specifically designed for high-rise incidents and offers a unique design. Flowing 500lpm at 4bar, the BreakApart XD nozzle has a quick-release tip to dislodge any debris and the 22mm integrated smooth bore provides the option of larger flows at lower pressures. A selectable flow tip is also available.

Select-O-Matic XD EN is an automatic handline nozzle that adjusts to a fluctuating water supply. It maintains an effective pressure and a consistent fire stream in all flow ranges by generating back pressure, using a patented internal spring design that leaves the waterway unobstructed. This unique design feature ensures a quality fire stream, regardless of flow.
Phantom XD EN is a selectable nozzle, delivering various flows, including both PN16 for mainline application and PN40 for hose reel.
The Smoothbore XD range features dual drive shutoff, with full round metal ball and a forged aluminium shutoff body. Available in various sizes, the Smoothbore nozzles offer a forged metal bale handle, attention to detail waterway alignment and smoothness of operation throughout.
