Red Watch Yeovil, a dedicated team of firefighters, are set to undertake an ambitious 270-mile bike ride on June 20-21, 2024, in support of The Fire Fighters Charity and the Little Princess Trust. The ride will cover every fire station in Somerset and neighboring counties over two days.
This year’s event holds special significance as the team supports their colleague Rosie, whose sister Sanna is battling Peritoneal Epithelioid Mesothelioma. Sanna, an advocate for the Little Princess Trust, has raised over £4000 by donating her hair for wigs prior to starting chemotherapy.
The team, composed primarily of leisure cyclists, aims to raise £2,000. Donations can be made on their JustGiving page.
