Primetech will be showing new and upgraded systems at ESS 2018. The MultiNet Communications system delivers a Common Operational Picture across single and multi-agencies, using Ka-band mobile satellite broadband, COFDM Mesh Wi-Fi, and high-resolution drone, body and helmet-worn camera systems. MultiNet also has 3G/4G/LTE, private cellular network and interoperable communications capability.
MultiNet is available in both larger, Incident Command Unit form, but can also be supplied in more portable forms, such as the Self Contained Communications Trailer, and in the fully portable version of the system, carried in ruggedised cases and powered by both mains and batteries. This version can be transported in faster, lighter weight and greener vehicles carrying Primetech’s MultiPod with customisable storage. The system can operate in temporary command centres in village halls and school rooms or in inflatable shelters.
Primetech’s MultiPod® is a unique demountable ‘drop in’ body system designed by Primetech to be used in any 4 x 4 utility style vehicle to fill the role of Collaborative Response/Initial Response Vehicle. MultiPod® has recently been upgraded, and is now 10% lighter and stronger. Using lighter, smaller vehicles and systems helps emergency services fulfil lower emissions and green tech goals.
