The high-powered smoke generator retains all the features of Le Maitre’s flagship smoke generator, the NATO-codified G300, whilst simplifying all operational controls and further increasing reliability. With a simple on/off control, smoke-output control, an optional remote control and LED status indicators, the RESCUE 300 is designed to perform in the most demanding of applications. It has a massive continuous smoke output of 51,000m3 per hour.
As with all Le Maitre smoke generators, the RESCUE 300 uses a patented ‘layer block system’ called Genesis. Along with this it has a short heating pipe of just 1m, which allows the smoke generators to be powered by much smaller-wattage heaters than competing models, whilst still giving immense power. In addition, Le Maitre’s heater blocks can be dismantled and serviced or replaced, while competing cast blocks cannot. This further extends the longevity of the machines.

The RESCUE 300 can be used with Le Maitre’s own Industrial Smoke Fluid. This water-based, non-toxic, odourless fluid is perfectly engineered for breathing-apparatus training. A combination of mono/polyglycol, glycerol and de-mineralised water, it produces a dense white smoke with consistent particle size and a lengthy hang time, sustainable even at high temperatures.
