On Thursday, 10 June 2021, the Blue Light Cycle Club (BLCC) and Hytera came together in support of emergency service and armed forces personnel. BLCC’s philosophy has always been that the promotion of wellness and methods to improve and protect mental health are central to the club’s objectives. Hytera are a global company responsible for ensuring that whilst performing their daily duties, emergency service personnel can rely on state-of-the-art communication technology and support. It was only natural then for BLCC and Hytera to partner, to ensure that our members can communicate effectively and allow information, ideas and solutions to be accessible and engaging.
Within the club’s bespoke website members will find a dedicated area ‘HY-LIGHTS’. This area will contain content to support emergency service and armed forces personnel. Hytera will call upon their global reach to bring respected guest speakers for exclusive web events, available only to members of BLCC.
Hytera also understand the needs of members whilst cycling. Their industry-leading technology and equipment will be supplied to the club to support organised events, be it on the rolling roads or the isolated tracks of the UK’s countryside. This will allow members to have confidence and security whilst gaining all the benefits of the outdoors and the fun of the bike.
This exciting announcement comes on the back of the inaugural BLCC event that took place on Monday, 7 June 2021. For more information on the BLCC, please visit: www.bluelightcc.co.uk/about-us
