We are delighted to announce that a management buyout of Emergency One (UK) Ltd has been successfully carried out by members of the existing Emergency One (UK) Ltd management team, via the formation of a new parent company – Emergency One Group Limited.
This process has resulted in an increased and diverse range of skill sets within the new Board, whilst also retaining the majority of the existing directors, thus ensuring continuity of management for many years to come.
Recent years have seen a continued and steady growth of our company, with many new and exciting projects both within the UK and abroad on the horizon. The development of new technologies and applications with a streamlined quality-driven production process will ensure that the Emergency One Group remains at the forefront of our industry.
