Dräger, an international leader in the fields of medical and safety technology, has appointed Atlanta Taylor as National Resilience & Government Business Development Manager to strengthen its support for government and public sector organisations looking to further national resilience.
Atlanta began her career at defence engineering company, Babcock International, working across aerial emergency services and defence flight training. Most recently, she has focused on how data enablement can better support and inform aerial firefighting operations.
In her new role at Dräger, Atlanta will work with UK and Irish government organisations and Category 1 (fire and rescue services, the NHS, and health agencies) and Category 2 (partners across utilities, transport and critical infrastructure) responders. Across all groups, she will be identifying how Dräger can further support the UK and Ireland’s ability to respond to major incidents such as wildfires, pandemics and industrial events– enhancing preparedness and recovery. This will include building on Dräger’s existing work with emergency services, defence and critical industries to explore how capability, data and strategic partnerships can deliver further benefit to market.
Atlanta says she is looking forward to the opportunity to support critical services:
