Delta Fire, a leading manufacturer of high-performance firefighting equipment, demonstrated their latest innovations at the Emergency Services Show 2025 (ESS). The company highlighted two flagship products, the SBC Nozzle range and the Hydro-Wall Hose, attracting significant attention from emergency service professionals seeking advanced solutions for modern firefighting challenges.
The SBC Nozzle is arguably Delta Fire’s most versatile fire nozzle to date, offering a broad selection of interchangeable attachments to suit any fire risk scenario. It provides Jet, Spray, Mist, Fog and Foam functionality via an innovative quick-release connector port. This versatility enables firefighters to adapt instantly to changing fire conditions, improving operational efficiency and safety. At ESS, visitors were able to test the nozzle’s performance, experiencing firsthand the smooth transitions between settings and the ergonomic handling designed to reduce operator fatigue.
Delta Fire emphasizes the SBC Nozzle’s superior performance, noting that it provides high flow rates with minimal pressure loss, ensuring maximum water delivery to the fire. Its robust, corrosion-resistant construction ensures reliability and longevity even in demanding environments such as marine, offshore and industrial applications. The demonstrations at the ESS highlighted its practical advantages, showing how the SBC Nozzle’s multiple functionalities allow rapid adaptation to a variety of fire scenarios, from structural fires to complex industrial hazards.

Alongside the SBC Nozzle, Delta Fire showcased the Hydro-Wall Hose, a versatile firefighting tool designed to provide heat, flame, spark and gas protection for personnel and assets. The Hydro-Wall Hose can create a protective water barrier up to eight meters high and is deployable in straight lines or around structures, making it suitable for a variety of applications including wildfire demarcation, chemical decontamination, electric vehicle protection, dust suppression and firefighter rehabilitation.
Manufactured in the UK to ISO 9001:2015 standards, the Hydro-Wall Hose features premium Type 3 layflat hose and interchangeable spray or jet nozzles constructed from corrosion-resistant 316 stainless steel. It is available in multiple diameters and lengths, with options for interconnecting hoses to extend coverage. Demonstrations at the ESS allowed attendees to see how the Hydro-Wall Hose provides effective protection and containment, while enabling firefighters to focus on active fire suppression.
Delta Fire’s presence at the Emergency Services Show 2025 underlined their commitment to innovation, quality and practical solutions tailored to the needs of modern firefighting. By showcasing both the SBC Nozzle and Hydro-Wall Hose, they provided emergency service professionals with hands-on experience of equipment that enhances operational performance and ensures the highest levels of safety.
Delta Fire continues to support every product with expert technical guidance, training and responsive service. Their participation at the ESS demonstrates their dedication to equipping emergency services with reliable, high-performance tools, reinforcing their position as a trusted leader in firefighting technology.”
