Two inspiring leaders from Chubb Fire and Security have been recognised for their excellence and hard work over the past 12 months during two recent industry awards celebrations.
At the Women in Fire Safety Awards on Thursday, 10 November, Tracy Gregory, General Manager, Fire Consultancy Division, won the Business Manager of the Year Award. The Women in Fire Safety Awards ceremony was held at London’s prestigious Tower Hotel and brought together talented individuals who have overcome barriers and glass ceilings in what is largely a male-dominated industry.
Tracy has over 35 years of experience in the fire industry, during which time she has gained an incredible amount of knowledge.
In the last year, she has demonstrated excellence beyond expectation to rapidly grow the Fire Consultancy business. Tracy has been instrumental in identifying and launching solutions which help Chubb’s customers keep their buildings and staff safe from fire risks, as well as adhere to legislative requirements.
The following evening on Friday, 11 November, Asad Barlas was crowned Customer Service Agent of the Year at the Call North West Contact Centre Awards 2022.
The event, held at the Midland Hotel in Manchester, was a glamorous black-tie event attended by more than 300 guests from high-profile organisations such as BT and Virgin Media.
Asad has excelled over the past 12 months by providing exceptional customer service and achieving exemplary results. Thanks to Asad’s knowledge and competence, he is able to efficiently handle customers’ enquiries and is consistently under the ‘on hold’ call-time target. By keeping his hold time to a minimum, he maintains a great customer experience with minimal interruptions.
Asad has a positive attitude and is a key motivator within his team. He keeps everyone engaged through the shift and is always available to listen and help wherever assistance is required, even in the wider Contact Centre.
Tracy and Asad live the Chubb values each day and deliver great customer service to achieve success.
