Ark Fire Protection is proud to announce its Second Annual Wellness Day, reaffirming the company’s commitment to prioritising employee wellbeing, mental health, and workplace culture. Following the success of last year’s event, the 2025 edition brings new, interactive experiences designed to promote physical health, mindfulness, and community connection across the Ark team.
This year’s event will take place at Ark’s head office, offering a full-day programme of wellness-focused activities:
- Sleep Workshop led by expert Phil Leary, focused on improving rest and recovery.
- Interactive Cooking Class with private chef Marcel, who will teach the team how to prepare nutritious meals using typical office kitchen facilities.
- Afternoon Yoga & Meditation Session to help staff unwind and re-centre.
- All employees will receive a branded wellness package and Ark Wellness Club t-shirt as a gesture of appreciation and encouragement to continue prioritising their wellbeing.
