1%, 3% or 6%: one range, zero compromises, no need to change your equipment.
Switching to fluorine-free should not mean a complete reset of your materials. With ECOPOL N, BIOEX delivers a complete range of liquid SFFF (Synthetic Fluorine-Free Foam) concentrates, available in 1%, 3% and 6%, built to protect high-risk
hydrocarbon sites. Whatever your operation looks like, there is an ECOPOL N for it.
One range. Three solutions. Endless possibilities.
- ECOPOL 1N (1%): highly concentrated, with a low proportioning rate. It reduces storage volumes, optimizes logistics costs and extends runtime.
- ECOPOL 3N (3%): the versatile choice, for use with low, medium and high expansion. With full EN1568 and IMO certifications, it allows a wide range of applications.
- ECOPOL 6N (6%): the simplest way to transition. It is designed for existing proportioning equipment and keeps infrastructure investment low.
Zero constraints, zero compromises
- Immediate integration. ECOPOL N is a low-viscosity, Newtonian liquid. It pumps easily and is compatible with most standard proportioning equipment, which makes it a ready-to-use replacement for AFFF.
- Certified, proven performance. Both fresh and seawater applications are EN 1568 certified by a third-party laboratory.
- PFAS-free. The range is easily biodegradable and meets current and future regulations.
- Freeze protected. The foam stays usable in winter and in cold areas, with no solidifying and no need for heated storage. The product pumps instantly.
Engineered for demanding sectors
ECOPOL N is dedicated to hydrocarbon fires. It protects oil & gas facilities, offshore platforms, large storage tanks, power plants and mining sites.
At BIOEX, we don’t ask our customers to change everything to go fluorine-free. With ECOPOL N, we give them the right foam for every challenge, with the performance they expect and none of the constraints.
ECOPOL N is the answer to the transition, whatever your risk, your equipment or your concentration.
