Everyone will receive a digital copy as standard, as we’re keen for the conference to be as paper-free as possible. However, if you would like a printed copy, whether for convenience or a way to remember this year’s Wildfire2024 conference, please purchase one alongside your ticket. On the day, you can collect your purchased programme alongside your name badge.

Adult Ticket Includes full access to the plenary sessions and exhibition, as well as the drinks reception and dinner. Registrants will be given a delegate bag on arrival.
Student TicketA discounted ticket that includes full access to the plenary sessions and exhibition as well as the drinks reception, but not dinner*.
*Dinner is included in the full-price general admission ticket, so there is no need to buy one separately. Dinner tickets are for students (who want to attend the dinner) or for guests of those attending the conference.
Have you booked your discounted car parking tickets?
Parking at the P&J Live Conference venue can be pre-booked* for just £12 per day—a huge saving compared to the £30 per day if purchased on-site. Secure your parking now, and enjoy a smoother arrival experience.
If you are staying at either the Hilton or Aloft, parking is included in your hotel booking so there is no need to purchase parking (when using the Hilton designated spaces in the Sub-T car park, or for Aloft in their car park directly outside the hotel).

Join us for the Glensaugh Site Visit on 11th November
The theme for the day is “local resilience,” and offers a unique look at the systems and equipment in place to tackle wildfire in the local environment, including demonstrations of ATV-mounted fire fogging units and the use of helicopters in firefighting.
This exclusive tour is a perfect complement to your conference experience and will take place the day before the main event.
This ticket can only be purchased if you are also attending the rest of the conference.
